Returns & Exchanges — Selah & Crown

We hope you treasure your Selah & Crown piece. However, if you need to request a return, we are here to help.

 

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received, with all original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, please contact us at theholygirldiaries25@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.


Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damages & Issues
We take great care in preparing each order. Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:


  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Anointing oils or personal care products once opened
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return your original item for a refund (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
